How can I fall aspeel mor easily? It takes me about an hour to sleep and even then its not good sleep.?

I go to bed and count back from 100, concentrate on my breathing, but somehow I always lose track of that and start thinking about other things. PLEASE HELP me get some sleep!!!!How can I fall aspeel mor easily? It takes me about an hour to sleep and even then its not good sleep.?
Counting does not do it for me either. It takes a while to train the mind to stop being busy. For starters, make sure all lights are out. Take 5 full breaths (complete inhalation and exhalation). Then do a body scan by telling your toes to relax first and every part of your body all the way to your head. Once you're relaxed, imagine a busy sidewalk. Then imagine walking between the gaps of people through this endless sidewalk. Notice your thoughts, if you start thinking about other things, go back to this busy sidewalk. See if that helps.


If you're so inclined, you might try yoga. Eversince I started doing yoga, I've had no problem sleeping and staying asleep. Also stay away from caffeine after 3 pm.How can I fall aspeel mor easily? It takes me about an hour to sleep and even then its not good sleep.?
Benadryl works for the occasional time you can't fall asleep. If you are over 100lbs, take 50mg 45 minutes before you want to sleep.


Melatonin is great and can be used daily. Read bottle for suggested dose.

Warm bath, drink some milk, listen to classic music, the most important thing is that you have to be relaxed.
