I doubt that she could get any better. Sometimes an actor can be in a bad movie but they play their role so well that their talent is the memorable thing about it. She lacks the range for that though.

Because she is more concrentrated on making money than the quality of her movies. when she makes enough money she will begin to choose roles that showcases her talent and that please movie goers.

She has two major problems. First, she doesn't have the ability to pick a good script. She doesn't know what is good or not. Second, she doesn't get many scripts to choose from (No one is just dying to have Mandy Moore in their movie).
