I have a 19'; screen and can fit 12 tables at a time (3 rows of 4 tables). The trick is to put your player in the bottom center (or one to the right) position, and to overlap the tables just enough so that they do not cover up your player so you can see your cards. You also must make sure you always have the correct tables on top so you do not cover the lower tables up and miss a hand, but once you get in the flow it's not difficult.

Good luck.I play lim hold em on p. stars. I want a biger scren to fit mor tables. How big should it be to fit 8 tables?
It's a function not so much of monitor size, but:

a) How big you want each individual table to be

b) The maximum resolution of the monitor

At their smallest size, you can easily fit 8 PS tables with no overlap on a 1900x1200 monitor. For some people, the size of a PS table at the smallest possible setting is a bit tough to read - in that case, you probably want to go with two monitors at closer to 1600x1200 each.
I would suggest you get 2 screens and have 4 tables on each. I know it might sound difficult, but it is suprizingly simple just ask about it next time you go into a PC store and they will explain it in full.
