How come when you ask a question,loads(if you're lucky),of people answer quickly but then you dont get any mor?

would you really want the answers you get on here a lot of them are quite abusive you cant win if you write a long question people say ''couldnt be bothered to read all that'' if you write it to keep it short they say ''you need to add more detail to this i dont get it''
When they are first asked, like yours, they are at the top of the screen, because it goes by submiting order. After 18 hours, unless you like to scroll to the 30th page, you are unlikely.
I think people see it when it is on first few pages but when it gets to say past page 5 some people don't always go that far back and they might not look in the category you put a question in
I think its cuz many of us like to be the 1st to answer, then after say 5 replys they think that you prob have the answer you wanted.
its because the questions move through so quickly if a lot of people are asking at the same time and once theyve gone on to the next page no ones as interested
questions get a good run of answers while its on this front page... once it leavs this page it dont get seen by many......
cos they vanish off the screen.
