Defragmenting, and if you want to get space, then just go to Control Panel, then find something to do with programs. It differs from certain computers, and will say either Add/Remove Programs, or if you have a vista, look for programs (it is alphabetical). Then all you have to do is get rid of programs that you do not use, and you will eventually get enough space.


For downloading, it should have a window that automatically pops up that will lead you, if not, there is the program icon from before. Click that, and it should lead you to the window that was supposed to come up. If it doesn't download at all, check the requirements.
