While I鈥檓 not an expert in muscle physiology and definitely not an expert in body building I do feel like I can address your questions.
First of all, I would argue that professional body builders still have larger leg muscles than soccer players. Body builders have very different training programs than soccer players. They are much more focused on fast twitch muscles for explosive movements. While fast twitch muscles are difinately important for soccer players they also run a ton during a 90 minute match so the slow twitch muscles come in to play a lot more. So, different training results in slightly different muscle composition so someone can be better at different events.
Then there is body water percentage. It is very important for soccer players to be well hydrated before and during a match. Body builders on the other hand go out of their way to dehydrate themselves before competitions. Muscle normally holds at lot of water. Without this water the muscles of a body builder can actually appear a bit smaller but much more defined. I've actually watched a body building competition where I heard one of the competitiors being critisized for ';holding too much water';.
Don't forget about body fat. While both soccer and bodybuilding requires a relatively low body fat when compared to normal people the bodybuilder is actually much lower than a soccer player. Soccer players actually want some body fat to serve as energy reserves during long games. Body builders sacrifice that energy reserve to show off their muscles better. The result again is slightly smaler appearance but much better definition.
The water and body fat aspects combine to have a huge difference in stamina. After a 90 minute match a well trained soccer player is usually ready for more. After a competition a well trained bodybuilder looks completely exhausted.
Ok, now lets talk about agility. While it is definately important for soccer players to have upper body strength as well, body builders are still carrying more total body weight around. So it requires a lot more energy for a body builder to do things like change directions while running and stop on a dime and go from rest to a full sprint. Also body builders have much more muscle tone. This means that in general the muscles are much tighter, so that they have better definition. This resulting in reduced flexibility and agility. Soccer players spend a lot more time stretching and doing move movements that require agility so they are more flexible and have better agility.
The bottom line is soccer players train specifically to have speed and agility.

It's not right to compare the legs of body builders and footballers. For body builders, their leg is umpteen times bigger than any of the footballers and can't run as fast as they wanted to due to their massive built.
For footballers, they let their legs do the talking more than anything else on the pitch. That's why their legs are bigger than their body, but not body-builders'.

I lived with my mom until my daughter was 11 months old and because of all the complications I had after having her, my mom basically took care of her through the night for the first 2 months. I know exactly what it feels like. I just recently got my daughter to where she doesn't kick, scream, cry, and basically give me total heII when I come to pick her up from over at her nana's house. Then, of course, every other word that comes out of her mouth is about her nana and how she wants to go back over there. It's going to take a little time, but eventually he'll get to where he wants to be with you just as much. Just hang in there. I know circumstances may not allow it, but try to move out of there too, it will make things so much better. At first he might throw temper tantrums because of it, but it won't last too long, and you will be happy once he's done with that.

I've had root canals on teeth that didn't hurt at all, and once on an abcess tooth that hurt almost more than anything that I have ever felt. I have a Mor-Flo but it's in a closet. It's leaking and water is going everywhere. It's pretty old. At least 25+ years. It will take awhile to drain the water from the tank, but you will notice a significant reduction in pressure as the water drains out. 150, 210, and Bel Air are all trim levels available in '57. The 150 had trim that resembled the side quarter trim on a '55. It did not have the typical '57 style quarter trim. The 210 lacked the stainless window and door moldings, etc. The Del Ray, also called a club coupe, was a step up from the 210, but was only available on sedans. The Bel Air was the top trim level, excluding the ultra rare El Morocco, and is the model most typically associated with the quintessential '57 Chevy. The two door sedans (post) were available in all trim levels. The hardtop was only available in 210 and Bel Air trim, though almost all of them were Bel Air's. The most valuable combination, excluding convertibles and rare cars like the 150 ';Black Widow';, and El Morocco, is the Bel Air hardtop. The difference between hardtop and sedan (post) is that the sedan had a B-pillar. The side windows were housed by a full door frame in front and a fixed quarter panel B-pillar section in the rear. The hardtops had no window frames or B-pillars and the doors were quite a bit longer than on the sedans giving it a lower sleeker look. The hardtops are almost always worth more than the sedans. A Bel Air sedan (post) is not a rare car at all. They built 62,571 of them. There was no 210 Bel Air. if you are at an overseas base not in a combat zone ( japan, germany, england for example) you get extra pay called COLA (cost of living allowance) it is based on the average of the exchange rate each month and also on your rank and number of dependents. im currently in japan with the AF (and have been for 3 years) my husband is an E5 and it has went anywhere from $400-800 a month. BUT although things are the same as US prices on base you are very limited in your choices so have to do alot of buying offbase and things are more expensive....also in japan you not only have to have reg insurance on a vehicle but also pay road tax ( $75-200 a year depending on vehicle) and every 2 years you pay JCI ( an extra insurance that you pay the government for...runs about $500-600 for JCI and inspection) so really you arent getting any extra in the end, also depending on the base its really hard to get permission to live off base in japan so BAH is out....and if you do get BAH you are givin a max amount they will pay and you show them your lease and utilities and they pay you exactly that much (unlike the states where you get a set amount) the reason for this is a one bedroom apt off base here is aroun $1200 a month for rent. the one thing you do get at an overseas base is that all health and dental care is done on base for the whole family. we have saved quite a bit since being here but its because we dont have a car payment here it has nothing to do with the pay.Being deployed to a country across the world will earn you mor emoney?

My niece just came up to me and told me how scared she was of underneath her bed. So i thought to myself ';wow, when i was little i was more afraid of the monster in the closes';(cause i hate my closet opened)

Haha Oh the Memories, i was More afraid of the Under the bed moster, i remember i would always wrap myself in the blanket, no part of my body would be in the open, and i would put my head under the covers. My infant was sleeping from 9p-6a. I introduced applesauce 2 days ago and now she has tiny red spots all over her abdomen and will not sleep for more than an hour (she has had 6 hours of sleep since yesterday evening). It depends on what type of organizing you mean....
If you mean organizing your time (life and general tasks), I'd suggest making a list of everything you need to do including work, classes, homework, etc... and I mean everything (even stupid little things like 20 minutes to relax).
Make a second list from that one, and rearrange that first list you made by order of importance. The more important they are, the closer to the top they should be.
Now if you mean organizing things physically in your life, it's a similar idea, but instead, sort all of your things by category. For example, put all your CDs in one place, DVDs in one place, etc, etc. Don't put them away yet, just sort them out.
Once you have everything sorted, then it's time to start putting them in their places. If you have a small area, you may want to put your CDs and DVDs together with your TV, stereo, or computer, for example.
Once you get things organized, take 3-5 minutes every day to put things back where they go. Once this is a habit, you'll be able to stay organized much easier. Good luck!How do i become mor organized?
I used to be absolutely the most UNorganized person. I was late almost everywhere I went, and when I got there i was still a wreck bcause i was so unorganized half of my things were still at home.
I'll tell you a few simple things I did.

2)Start writing EVERYTHING down. Don't trust things to your memory. I don't have any high-tech devices or anything; just a simple daily planner book I bought from Wal-mart. It has the month at a glance and also detailed space for each day. I also have a small calendar (you know, the kind that most people have with puppies or a poem on the front) that I keep in my purse. From time to time, I make sure both are updated. You know, I highlight the most important events, but generally, just make sure you look at it every day.
3) Keep you living space clean. This is so hard to do. Try to keep the dishes washed, clothes off the floor, etc.
4) Keep your important papers in a file drawer instead of spread everywhere. For some things it is b etter to have a hard copy, but if possible, you will save clutter if you can save documents on a disc, computer, etc.
5) Don't commit to more appointments than you can comfortably keep. It seems like human nature to not want to disappoint people and say yes to everyone, but it is better to know your limits so you know you can accomplish everything and then work on doing more. I think it's better to successfully accomplish 5 tasks thoroughly than 8 tasks half-way done.
6) Save time when you can. For example, fold the clothes while you watch tv, waking up 10 minutes early to mop the floor instead of putting it off until ';cleaning day'; can save you time to do something else.
7)Make lists, make lists, and then make more lists. Lists help me remember everything I need to do. Grocery lists, to do lists, errands, people I need to call lists, etc. Then, I check each item off that I've accomplished (don't lose the list, though). How old are you honey? probably very young....OK, it can be different reasons, maybe you are few days from your period, but your whole breast would hurt, not only your nipples. Make sure is nothing coming out of them or that could be a sign of maybe pregnancy, that you can find out by having a test at home, if negative then wait for your period to come it should not take long, if that happens most likely you are having some changes in your hormones, that happens to me almost every month, but I do not take anything for pain like Motrin or ibuprofen because when I get my period it is to heavy, like my muscles relax a little too much, so I rather just put up with the pain for like 5 days before my period, then it goes away. Water is definitely good for you anytime but especially during pregnancy. If drinking water stopped your nausea then keep doing. I found that water and lemon helped a lot when I was really sick. Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy.

First off - are you sure you're not producing enough? Women often mistake the real signs of low supply. Your breasts don't have to feel engorged to have milk in them. Expressing milk is no indication of how much you produce as pumps are not as effective as baby. If baby is gaining weight well and wetting lots of nappies, then it's unlikely that you have a supply problem. That said, it does happen...
Your body works on a supply and demand basis, so try to express and nurse as often as you can, including through the night. Make sure you are drinking enough water and you calorie intake is at least at the minimum (I believe it's 2500 a day while breastfeeding, that's open for correction). You could also try fenugreek supplements from the health food store. Or Mother's Milk Tea. These both help to increase supply. Also, oatmeal can help to boost it too.

8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy

Sometimes even the healthiest cats with the best veterinary care and the best supervision by experienced cat breeders have stillborn kittens or ones that pass quickly after birth. Been there and done that. Life (and death) happens.
Keep your cat in a warm, quiet, isolated area for a while just to be certain she is finished and because she will spot for a few days and you don't want to ruin carpeting or furniture.
Do take your cat to the vet for an exam. The vet will palpate her uterus to be certain it is empty and contracting back to normal size. The vet will advise you how soon she may be spayed. You probably just have to wait a week or so for her milk to dry up. Keep her inside. She is likely to go into heat again that quickly, too, if she is a healthy girl.
She will need lots of love and attention now although if she is a first-time mom she might not be as depressed as experienced ones can be when there is a loss of kittens.

She is probably finishes. But, was she interrupted during her labor? If so, sometimes - not often, they will stop the labor until they are settled and comfortable again and then they will finish the delivery. Chances are good that she is through and there are no more babies.

it depends, since its her first its normal to have a little less then normal. check her stomach if it still feels kinda big.the best advice i would give is to go to the vet because if their is still k ittens in her they can affect the mothers health as well as their own.
If it;s been this long already ; than she won;t have more,She;s gonna be depressed wondering where the babies are ;so give her lots of love and pets as she;s gonna be sad for awhile; as you are too.Bury the cats away from her and put them in plastic bags so they won;t get dug up again.I;m sorry for your loss but maybe it wasn;t meant to be,You should get her fixed now ; so you and her won;t have to GO Thur all this sadness again..good luck and god bless you both
I know you really wanted kittens, but if you don't know about cat pregnancy, and aren't going to the cat to the vet for checkups and such, you should really get the cat fixed.
By getting your cat fixed, you save her from cancer, and potential death in kittenbirth, plus the world doesn't need any more cats.
