Ive been looking at whey proteins compared to casein proteins and have decided to do both read details for mor

pre-workout 2 scoops of whey 36g 8oz fat-free milk 9g of protein and a large banana.. 44g of total proteins.


after-workout 1 scoop whey and 1 scoop of casein with 12 oz of fat-free milk total protein 52g





bedtime heres the problem what to put here..

I wouldn't do the 2 scoops of whey, just cause it's a lot of calories...add to your shake some flax seed, berries, wheat germ...adds to the protein intake...add protein to your diet and use the casein at night..for overnight growth...add some glucosamine to the casein...
